Shipping & Returns

Shipping is currently only available in Europe.

If you are based in the UK, please get in touch and we can evaluate shipping costs and delay. Keep in mind that custom fees may apply.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Please first allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Officine Oils ® is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case with your order, please get in touch at celine@officineperfumeoils.com.
